Salmon Nuggets

Ingredients
- 1 lbs salmon, skinless and cubed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 TBSP avocado oil
- 3/4 cups GF panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- If serving with rice, potatoes or veggies, prep that first and then turn on air fryer to preheat 375 degrees.
- Remove salmon skin, cube, and place in bowl.
- Add oil and seasonings and combine, followed by the panko.
- Air fry for 10 minutes or until browned.
- While everything baking, make sauce if desired. Pairs well with sriracha mayo with a drizzle of sesame oil.
