Salmon Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs salmon, skinless and cubed
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 TBSP avocado oil
  • 3/4 cups GF panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  • If serving with rice, potatoes or veggies, prep that first and then turn on air fryer to preheat 375 degrees.
  • Remove salmon skin, cube, and place in bowl.
  • Add oil and seasonings and combine, followed by the panko.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes or until browned.
  • While everything baking, make sauce if desired. Pairs well with sriracha mayo with a drizzle of sesame oil.
