Pumpkin Pie Crustless

Ingredients
- 1- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1/3 heaping cup sweetner of choice
- 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
- 1 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (about 2 scoops)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil 9 inch pie dish.
- Whisk pumpkin, sweetner, spices, vanilla, protein powder in large bowl.
- Add eggs and whisk.
- Stir in milk until fully combined and mixture is silky.
- Pour batter into prepared pie dish and smooth top.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with fork and color on top. If needs more time, turn down oven temp to 325 degrees and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing. Chill for 2 hours for best texture.
