- 3 cups packed basil leaves
- 3/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 cup pine + extra to sprinkle on top
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste

- mix ingredients in a blender or food processor, slowly adding olive oil
