Ingredients
- 2 cups GF oats
- 2.5 cups milk of choice
- 2 scoops monk fruit
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon inulin powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon and more to taste
- 2 pinches of salt
