Ingredients

  • 2 cups GF oats
  • 2.5 cups milk of choice
  • 2 scoops monk fruit
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 2 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon inulin powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon and more to taste
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate.
  • Add more cinnamon sugar to taste or choc
