Mexican Lentil Bake

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-2 onion, diced
- 2 cup red lentils
- 2-3 bell pepper, diced
- 2 Tbs minced garlic
- 4 cups beef bone broth
- 1 jar (16oz) salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 Tbs taco seasoning
- Optional: Shredded cheese, cilantro
Instructions
- Combine onions, lentils, rice, bell peppers, salsa, black beans, and taco seasoning in instant pot
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, natural release for 10 minutes
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, and add taco seasoning to taste
- Serve in bowls with shredded cheese on top
