Ingredients
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 3/4 tsp mustard
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in pot and simmer until well combined while ham is baking for first 20 min
- Baste ham all over every 20 min until cooked to internal temp of 130-140 degrees (follow instructions).
- Place 1/2 cup water in cooking dish every couple of bastes to reduce burning of drippings.
