Ham Glaze

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp all spice
  • 3/4 tsp mustard

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in pot and simmer until well combined while ham is baking for first 20 min
  • Baste ham all over every 20 min until cooked to internal temp of 130-140 degrees (follow instructions).
  • Place 1/2 cup water in cooking dish every couple of bastes to reduce burning of drippings.
