Gochujan Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- Base: Rice, quinoa, potatoes or salad
- Side Veg
- 2 lbs Chicken breast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 1/4 coconut aminos
- 2 TBSP rice wine vinegar
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- 1-2 TBSP sesame oil
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds and thinly sliced scallions
Instructions
- Start base and get cooking/baking as needed
- Start veg if longer cooking veg
- Start air fryer or grill
- Trim chicken
- Whisk liquid ingredients in a small to medium bowl
- Save 1/4 cup and set aside
- Liberally baste chicken with sauce, ok to marinate prior as desired
- Air fry or grill chicken
- Shorter cooking veg should be started now
- Cut chicken after cooked into strips or bite sized
- Add base, side veg and chicken to plate or bowl
- Garnish with optional ingredients as desired
