Ingredients
- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can mushrooms (pieces and stems), drained (6.5 oz)
Instructions
- Put the coconut milk, flour, starch, oil, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in your blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the soup mixture into a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the mushrooms. Cook for about 10 minutes, whisking often.
