Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lbs shrimp peeled/deveined
- 1 TBSP oil
- 1-2 TBSP cilantro
- 1 TBSP lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Avocado
Instructions
- Combine everything into a bowl and let sit 15 min
- Cook shrimp mixture over medium heat until shrimp pink, add water for non-stick
- Slice avocado
- Serve over salad, flavored rice/quinoa, or as a taco/wrap
- Goes well with sriracha Mayo
