Cilantro Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs shrimp peeled/deveined
  • 1 TBSP oil
  • 1-2 TBSP cilantro
  • 1 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Avocado

Instructions

  • Combine everything into a bowl and let sit 15 min
  • Cook shrimp mixture over medium heat until shrimp pink, add water for non-stick
  • Slice avocado
  • Serve over salad, flavored rice/quinoa, or as a taco/wrap
  • Goes well with sriracha Mayo
