Cilantro Lime Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice or quinoa
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt
  • 2 TBSP cilantro
  • 1-2 TBSP lemon AND lime juice

Instructions

  • Cook rice or quinoa in preferred device with water, bay leaf, and 1 tsp of salt.
  • Remove bay leaf. Stir in cilantro, lemon and lime juice. Season with salt/pepper.
