Ingredients
- 1 cup rice or quinoa
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- 2 TBSP cilantro
- 1-2 TBSP lemon AND lime juice
Instructions
- Cook rice or quinoa in preferred device with water, bay leaf, and 1 tsp of salt.
- Remove bay leaf. Stir in cilantro, lemon and lime juice. Season with salt/pepper.
