Balsamic Rosemary Meat Topping Sauce

Ingredients
- Oil drizzle
- 2 TBSP chopped Rosemary
- 1 TBSP Chicken stock concentrate
- 2 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Pepper to taste
- 1 TBSP Garlic herb butter
Instructions
- Heat a drizzle of oil in pan over medium high heat.
- Add chopped Rosemary, cook and stir occasionally until fragrant (30 sec).
- Stir in chicken stock concentrate, vinegar, 1/4 cup of water and 2 tsp sugar.
- Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally until reduced (3-4 minutes).
- Season generously with pepper.
- Turn off heat and stir in garlic herb butter until melted.
- Healthily drizzle over meat (chicken, pork, steak, etc).
