Balsamic Rosemary Meat Topping Sauce

Ingredients

  • Oil drizzle
  • 2 TBSP chopped Rosemary
  • 1 TBSP Chicken stock concentrate
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 c water
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 TBSP Garlic herb butter

Instructions

  • Heat a drizzle of oil in pan over medium high heat.
  • Add chopped Rosemary, cook and stir occasionally until fragrant (30 sec).
  • Stir in chicken stock concentrate, vinegar, 1/4 cup of water and 2 tsp sugar.
  • Bring to simmer, stirring occasionally until reduced (3-4 minutes).
  • Season generously with pepper.
  • Turn off heat and stir in garlic herb butter until melted.
  • Healthily drizzle over meat (chicken, pork, steak, etc).
